To whom it may concern;
I am writing to you in reference for Mrs. Cindy Peck. Mrs. Peck has been taking care of my
children for 5 years and a Mother's helper for two years before that. During
that time, I have had the pleasure of seeing her learn how to be a child care
provider for 6 plus children and continue in her education to become an Early
Childhood Teacher. She has an honesty and integrity that is not seen in many
people today. She truly loves and cares for all the children in her care. Cindy
has accepted the many challenges that have come her way. She is working towards
an Associate’s Degree in Child Care. I believe that she is well qualified and
experienced to accept the challenge of being a business owner of a Child Care
Center.
When Mrs. Peck first came to my employ, she primarily watched my
three sons, aged one and two and four, while I worked from my home office. As
they grew older, and they were joined by two more sons, Ms. Pecks,
responsibilities increased to watching the five children alone, making meals for
them, and taking them on short outings, to the park, mall, etc. I have the
utmost confidence in her abilities. I have always felt comfortable leaving my
children in her care. She is a wonderful and kind woman with patience and
intelligence to raise many more generations of children in her care.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Stacey Gilbert
